Exchanges and returns

If the piece has a defect it can be returned, and we make exchanges for sizing problems subject to availability.
Conditions
The piece must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition in which you received it and with its tags.
How to do it
Write to us at diosasoulcontacto@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +56 9 6205 7381 with your order number and we'll tell you how to send it back. THE RETURN POSTAGE IS PAID BY THE CUSTOMER
Refunds
Once we receive and check the piece, we refund the amount by the same payment method within 10 working days.
Warranty
If your piece arrives with a fault, you have 6 months' legal warranty: repair, exchange or refund. Write to us with photos and we'll sort it out.
