About us

Handmade, with a story

Diosa Soul began between mother and daughter, and it started being written long before that: with the trips to India, the fascination with its textiles and that very special way of turning a fabric into something extraordinary. Today we travel between India and Thailand looking for inspiration, choosing pieces and creating others alongside the people we meet along the way. We love pieces that have something to say —unexpected embroidery, colour combinations, details that never appear twice— and we believe in dressing freely, without thinking about age, the season or what everyone else is wearing.

What we get asked most on WhatsApp.

Is every piece really one of a kind?

Yes. Every jacket and bag is made by hand, one at a time. Once a piece is sold, it isn't made again. That's why you'll see pieces marked as "sold" in the shop: they stay on as part of the story.

Do you ship anywhere in Chile?

Yes, we ship anywhere in Chile. Shipping is free on orders over CLP $120.000; below that amount, the cost is calculated at checkout based on your comuna.

Can I exchange or return an item?

You have 10 days from receiving your order to request an exchange or return, in line with the Consumer Law. The item must be unused and still have its tags. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll sort it out.

How do I know if it will fit me?

Every product has its exact measurements in centimetres: length, width, back and sleeve. Compare them with something you already own that fits you well. If you're unsure, write to us and we'll help you choose.

How do I care for my embroidered jacket?

Hand wash in cold water with a mild soap, without wringing. Dry flat in the shade. Don't tumble dry or iron directly over the embroidery.

Do you have a physical shop?

For now we sell online and via WhatsApp. If you're in Santiago and would like to see a piece before buying, write to us and we'll see how to arrange it.
